White Label PPC Management for Agencies
Your client wants ads. You do not have a PPC specialist, or the one you have is full. That is the gap white label PPC management fills: we run the paid campaigns, and everything your client sees carries your agency’s name.
We are a team in Lahore. We have worked with agencies in the US, UK, and Kuwait for over 8 years, and paid ads are part of what we deliver for them, alongside SEO.
What Is White Label PPC?
White label PPC is when a specialist team runs an agency’s paid ad campaigns, and the agency sells and reports them under its own brand.
What White Label PPC Management Covers
We manage paid campaigns under your brand across five platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Google Ads. This covers search campaigns for the client’s services, keyword and negative keyword work, ad copy, and ongoing bid and budget changes. If your client mainly needs white label Google Ads, this is where most of the work sits.
Meta Ads. Facebook and Instagram campaigns, for clients whose buyers scroll more than they search.
What is included:
Campaign strategy and account audit. Review of an existing account, campaign structure, targeting, budget allocation, and performance.
Campaign setup and management. Campaign creation, keyword or audience targeting, bidding, budgets, and ongoing optimization.
Conversion tracking. Review or setup for the tools your campaigns use, such as Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
Ad creative and landing page recommendations. Ad copy, creative testing, landing page relevance, CTA, and conversion experience recommendations. Actual landing page development is a separate scope.
Reporting and optimization. Campaign performance review, agreed reporting, testing, and next-step recommendations.
Reporting under your brand. Your logo and your name, sent by you.
We judge a campaign by what it brings the client, such as calls, leads, and sales, not by how many clicks it buys. Clicks are easy to get. Clicks that turn into customers are the job.
How It Works With Your Agency
You sell the service at your own price and keep the client relationship. We run the campaigns behind it. Your client talks to you, never to us.
We sign an NDA for PPC partnerships, or work under confidentiality clauses in your existing agreement. Each partner gets a designated contact for updates, questions, and campaign discussions, with direct access to the person running the account.
If you want a second opinion on scope before you pitch a client, ask. It is better to hear that a budget is too thin before you sell it than after.
Who Owns the Ad Account and the Budget
Ask this of any white label PPC agency before you sign. The answer protects you if you ever switch partners.
The ad account belongs to you or your client. We work with manager access, not ownership. Ad spend is paid by you or your client to the platform, per your billing arrangement. Our management fee is invoiced separately.
What Your Client’s Report Shows
Every month you get a report with your branding, ready for you to review and send.
- Reporting period and overview. Date range, business objective, and campaign summary.
- Spend and delivery. Ad spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, and CTR.
- Conversion performance. Leads or purchases, conversion rate, cost per conversion, and ROAS, where applicable.
- Campaign-level breakdown. Platform, campaign, ad group, or audience performance.
- Work completed and tests. What changed, what was tested, and what was learned.
- Next steps. Actions and recommendations for the next reporting period.
What We Will Not Promise
No honest PPC partner can promise a return on ad spend before seeing the account. Results depend on things outside the ad account: the client’s offer, their prices, the landing page, how fast they answer leads, and what competitors are bidding.
What we can promise is a clear scope before work starts, campaigns watched and adjusted every month, and reports that show the bad months as plainly as the good ones.
How to Vet a White Label PPC Agency
These questions sort serious partners from risky ones quickly.
Who owns the account? If the partner wants the ad account in their own name, walk away.
How is conversion tracking set up? If they cannot explain what counts as a conversion for your client, they are optimizing blind.
Who actually touches the account? You want a named person, not “the team”.
What happens in a bad month? A good partner tells you first and explains the cause, before your client notices.
Will they start small? One client, on a pilot. A partner who refuses a pilot is not sure of their own work.
How Pricing Works
Advertising spend is separate from our PPC management fee. The advertising budget is paid to the relevant ad platform by the client or agency, according to the agreed billing arrangement. Scope (platforms, number of campaigns) is agreed upfront. Ongoing management after the pilot is under a separate agreement.
A Sample of Recent Campaigns
The table below is an anonymized sample from recent campaigns. Campaign names are numbered, and no client names appear. Treat this as a sample, not a promise of what any one campaign will do, because results depend on the offer, the budget, and the market.

Start With a $249 Pilot
Pick one client. One end-client account, one platform: Google Ads or Meta Ads. The pilot runs 14 days from access and materials, for a one-time fixed fee of $249.
Included: an audit of the existing account, a conversion-tracking review, prioritized recommendations, agreed minor optimizations where appropriate, and one final report.
Not included: ad spend, landing page development, professional creative production, additional platforms or accounts, major campaign rebuilds, and ongoing monthly management. Tracking implementation or a new campaign setup is separately scoped and quoted.
No monthly retainer during the pilot. Ongoing management will require a separate agreement. Ad spend is paid by the client or agency directly to the platform.
