Affordable Search Engine Marketing Services
Full-funnel search engine marketing services designed for qualified lead generation. We combine technical SEO, Google Search Ads, and targeted PPC management to capture high-intent commercial keywords and turn organic and paid clicks into predictable revenue.
Search engine marketing — SEM — is one of those terms everyone uses slightly differently. Some people mean paid ads only. Some mean SEO only. Here is what we mean, plainly: SEM is the coordinated use of SEO and paid search (PPC) to win customers from Google. Not two separate vendors who never talk to each other. One program, one team, one set of numbers we are accountable for.
We are Minhaj Solution, a 25-person in-house digital team based in Lahore, Pakistan. We work with small businesses in the United States — plus clients in the UK and Kuwait — and we also serve as the white-label SEO and PPC team behind 15+ agencies. We have spent 8+ years doing this work across 100+ projects. This page explains exactly what our search engine marketing service includes, what it costs, how long it takes, and where it does not make sense — so you can decide with your eyes open.
If you only need one half of the equation, start with our SEO services or our PPC and paid media management. What follows is for businesses that want both halves working together.
Why SEO and PPC belong in one program
Run separately, SEO and PPC tend to develop their own logic. The SEO person chases rankings. The PPC person chases clicks. Neither one is fully responsible for revenue, and the learnings from one side rarely reach the other. We have watched this happen inside client accounts for years, and it is wasteful.
Put them together and each side makes the other better:
PPC tells SEO where the money is. Within weeks, paid campaigns show you which keywords actually convert into leads and sales — not just which ones get clicks. That data reshapes the SEO content plan away from vanity traffic and toward pages that pay. We have repeatedly seen SEO roadmaps change direction after 30 days of PPC data, and the revised plan outperforms the original.
SEO makes PPC cheaper over time. As organic rankings grow for your core commercial keywords, you can pull paid spend back from terms you now win for free and redirect it toward new keywords, new audiences, or higher-intent match types. One of our longer-running engagements cut its branded paid spend to nearly zero as organic took over — the budget went into conquesting competitor terms instead.
Together they own more of the page. When a prospect searches and sees your paid ad and your organic listing side by side, the combined presence lifts click-through on both. It also boxes out competitors from the most valuable screen space on the results page.
None of this happens when two freelancers run the two channels in isolation. It happens when one team plans the keyword strategy once and executes it across both channels. That is what this service is.
What is included
The SEO half
- Technical audit and fixes. Crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile usability, structured data. We fix what is broken before we build anything new — there is no point driving traffic to a site Google cannot read.
- Keyword research mapped to buyer intent. Not a spreadsheet of 500 keywords. A focused map of the terms your customers actually search when they are ready to buy, grouped by page and by funnel stage.
- On-page optimization. Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure — rewritten or built to match search intent, not stuffed with keywords.
- Content that earns its place. We publish in-depth, genuinely useful content (our bar is 2,000+ words of real substance per piece — thin 600-word posts do not rank and we do not write them). Every piece targets a specific keyword cluster and a specific reader.
- White-hat link building. Outreach-based links from real sites. No PBNs, no link farms, nothing that puts your domain at risk. This is the same link-building practice we run for our white-label agency partners.
- Reporting in plain English. Monthly reports that say what happened, why it happened, and what we are doing next. No vanity metrics dressed up as wins.
The PPC half
- Account build or restructure. If you have an existing Google Ads account, we audit it first — most accounts we inherit are leaking 20–40% of spend on broad match waste, missing negative keywords, and ad groups with no theme. If you are starting fresh, we build it clean.
- Targeting against revenue, not vanity metrics. Campaigns structured around the products and services that make you money. We optimize toward leads and sales, tracked properly — not toward impressions and clicks.
- Ad copy testing. Multiple variants per ad group, tested continuously. Small wording changes routinely move conversion rates by double digits.
- Landing page recommendations. Ads are only half the battle. We tell you exactly what to fix on the pages your ads land on — load speed, headline match, form friction — because a 1% improvement in conversion rate is worth more than a 10% improvement in click-through rate.
- Ongoing budget management. Search-term reviews, negative keyword lists, bid adjustments, budget shifts toward what converts. This is weekly work, not set-and-forget.
- Transparent reporting. You see every dollar of spend, every lead, and the resulting return on ad spend. Your ad account stays in your ownership — we work inside your property.
How the first 90 days work
We will not tell you SEM works overnight. Here is the honest timeline:
1Days 1–14: Foundation. Full SEO audit, PPC account audit (or build), conversion tracking verified, analytics baselines recorded. If tracking is broken, nothing else we do can be measured — so this comes first, always.
2Days 15–45: Launch. Technical SEO fixes go in, first content pieces go live, PPC campaigns launch with test budgets. Expect data, not miracles — the first month of paid search is for learning which keywords and messages convert.
3Days 46–90: First real signal. PPC campaigns start producing a predictable cost per lead. SEO groundwork is in place and early ranking movement appears for lower-competition terms. We reallocate: winning PPC keywords feed the SEO content plan, and SEO progress frees PPC budget for expansion.
4Beyond 90 days: Compounding. This is where the program earns its keep. SEO traffic grows month over month while PPC gets more efficient as wasted spend is stripped out. Most clients see the combined program clearly outperforming either channel alone by month four to six.
If anyone promises you page-one rankings in 30 days, they are selling you something. We would rather tell you the truth up front.
What “affordable” means here (and what it does not)
Our SEM service is affordable for a specific reason: we are a 25-person in-house team, and twelve of those people do SEO full-time. When you hire us, the people doing the work are on your account — not a salesperson, not a middleman agency marking up a freelancer. Our cost base is in Lahore; our standards are set by what it takes to compete in the US market.
Affordable does not mean cheap, and cheap would be a warning sign. A $99/month “SEO package” is not a service — it is a PDF report generated by software and emailed to you. Real SEO and PPC management is weekly human work: reading search-term reports, writing content, building links, adjusting bids. Anyone selling that for $99 is either lying about doing it or doing it badly.
Two things about money, stated plainly:
1. Ad spend is separate and it is yours. You pay Google directly. We never mark up ad spend, and we will tell you honestly what test budget a campaign needs before it can produce useful data — usually a few hundred dollars a month minimum for a local small business, more for competitive national terms.
2. Our management fee is quoted per project, not pulled from a pricing table. A local plumber and a national e-commerce store do not need the same program, so they should not pay the same fee. Tell us about your business and we will scope it honestly — including telling you if you are not ready for SEM yet.
Where SEM does not make sense — read this before you contact us
We turn work away when it is not a fit. You should not buy this service if:
- You need sales tomorrow and have no budget to test. PPC can produce leads fast, but the first weeks are a learning phase. If you cannot fund that phase, paid search will burn cash and teach you nothing.
- Your website cannot convert traffic. If your checkout is broken, your phone number is buried, or your offer is unclear, more traffic just means more wasted traffic. We will tell you to fix conversion first — and we can help with that too.
- You want guaranteed rankings. We do not sell guaranteed #1 positions, guaranteed traffic numbers, or guaranteed timelines. Nobody honest does. What we guarantee is the work: the audits get done, the content gets published, the campaigns get managed, and the reports tell the truth.
If any of that describes you, we would rather you read it here than discover it three months into an engagement.
Why work with us
- 25+ in-house specialists, 12 in SEO alone. The team is real, full-time, and sits together. Your account is handled by practitioners, not passed down a chain.
- 8+ years, 100+ projects. Across the US, UK, and Kuwait — small businesses directly, and agencies through our white-label program.
- A track record we can describe precisely. In one white-label SEO program (client name withheld, as white-label requires), organic clicks grew from 8,230 to 20,000+ per month in 7 months. We share specifics like this because vague claims (“we 10x traffic!”) are worthless.
- Agencies trust us behind their brand. 15+ agencies use us as their silent SEO and PPC fulfillment team. If professionals stake their client relationships on our work, that says more than any sales copy.
- You own everything. Ad accounts, analytics, content, data — all in your properties, under your ownership. Nothing is held hostage if you leave.
Client results, not promises
We measure our work in calls, clicks, and revenue — not vanity metrics. Here is what clients see when we run their search presence.

Frequently asked questions
Is SEM the same as SEO?
No. SEO (search engine optimization) earns you free, organic listings through content, technical work, and links. SEM (search engine marketing) is the broader program: SEO plus paid search (PPC), managed together. SEO is a channel; SEM is the strategy that coordinates the channels.
Is SEM the same as PPC?
Also no — though many people use the terms interchangeably, which is where the confusion comes from. PPC is the paid half. SEM, as we practice it, is PPC plus SEO working from one plan. If someone sells you “SEM” that is only ads, ask them what happens to your visibility the day you stop paying.
How much does search engine marketing cost?
Two parts: our management fee and your ad spend. Ad spend goes directly to Google — we never mark it up. Management fees are scoped per project because a local service business and a national e-commerce store need very different programs. As a rough frame: plan on a few hundred dollars a month minimum in ad spend for meaningful PPC data, plus the management fee. Contact us with details about your business and we will give you an honest number, including telling you if the math does not work yet.
How long until I see results?
PPC can produce its first leads within weeks, but the first month is a testing phase — expect signal, not scale. SEO compounds over months: early movement in 60–90 days, meaningful traffic growth typically from month four onward. The combined program usually outperforms either channel alone by month four to six.
Do I need a big ad budget to start?
No — but you need a real one. For a local small business, a few hundred dollars a month in ad spend is enough to test and learn. What does not work is $50/month spread across ten campaigns; the data never reaches significance and you learn nothing. We will tell you the minimum viable budget for your market before you spend a dollar.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. Campaigns are built inside ad accounts and analytics properties that you own. We work as managers inside your properties — if we ever part ways, everything stays with you.
